how to purchase

Please email or fax to us the item's details and your contact info. Please include the followings information in your email:

• title
• size
• color
• composition (i.e. diptych, tritych, quad, etc.)
• quantity
• your name
• address
• contact number
• email

We will then reply to you within 1-2 working days with the total amount for the items, shipping charges and handling charges if applicable.

Full payment is required to confirm an order. Once full payment is received, we will proceed with the printing, packing and shipping.

For Overseas Customer: we accept payment via PayPal or Bank Transfer (T/T) at this moment. If you prefer to pay via PayPal, we will issue a PayPal invoice to your email. You may then pay using your credit card (i.e. Visa, Master, etc.). PayPal is a secure online payment system which is used by most major online shopping site such as eBay and Etsy. More information of PayPal transaction please visit www.PayPal.com On the other hand, if you would prefer to do a Bank Transfer, we would provide an invoice complete with our bank information once we receive your order.

where does Bug Design deliver to

We ship worldwide by FedEx International Economy. Your purchase will usually takes about 4 - 5 working days to reach you.

We ship locally by Nationwide courier service. In general, the items will reach you in 2 - 3 working days depending on your locations.

Please note that, it is your responsibility to provide us with the accurate address and contact number. In any case of undelivered parcel due to wrong address, Bug Design will not be liable for any loss.

The above pricing is charged for one delivery (per trip), meaning no matter how many items you order, the charges are the same based on the max length of the items.
